Livelihood department increases the ratio of employment through employability skill development programs. Nowadays only degree is not sufficient, we equip the urban/rural poor young people with suitable skills to compete with the demands of the job market. We are providing hard skills and soft skills training according to the aptitude of the candidate.

Navjeevan Trust is active in 6 districts i.e., Rajkot, Jamnagar, Dev Bhoomi Dwarka, Morbi, Surendranagar and Kutch of Saurashtra and Kutch region. We are having 8 Training centers actively involved in skilling programs. Every year we are covering more than 1200 youngsters for different trades under DDU-GKY, Day NULM, CED, PANKH, Skill To Succeed [Quest Alliance] and Yuvakiran.

In the upcoming year, Livelihood department will be expanding the placement linked skill training program to the other districts and centers where Navjeevan is already existing.
