"True Health Care Reform Starts in your Kitchen"
Navjeevan Trust is actively engaged in health sector since many years with the motive of improvement in the health of poor and marginalized people.
We are able to reach 54 villages, 178 slums and 2,06,928 needy people of Saurashtra and Kutch with the support of the government or non-government organization. We also arrange capacity building training for bringing social and economic changes in the regular life. We provide mobile clinic facilities, Medical Camps, Care & support center and Awareness Program are also being arranged at a village level. We initiated to create an awareness among the people regarding Mental Health status and the solutions for the Mental Ill-health. Targeted Intervention projects are being run by the Navjeevan for supporting Migrants and Female Sex Workers to make them aware of HIV/AIDS and try to protect them from major infections. Bedridden or helpless people are supported daily by providing them one time meal at their home. We are able to support 92 people from Rajkot and Dwarka daily & around 177 people monthly in the areas of Kutch for the one-time meal.
