In the present scenario still, women are facing many atrocities in the society in forms of Poverty, Illiteracy, Child Marriage, Dowry, Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence and overall they are tied up with customs and norms of their respective societies. The pains being exerted by women are to unchain themselves from domination by learning skills, to occupy with income generation programs, microcredit and micro-financing to empower themselves. Navjeevan has taken the effort to reduce the levels of violence against women by promoting the Education/ Awareness classes on education in rural area.

Navjeevan Trust is intervening with different programs and activities for the well being and the better standard of living of the women. Through different Government Programs like Self Help Group [SHG], Federation, Leadership training for Minority Women [Nai Roshani], Microfinance, Vocational Training and Entitlement schemes. UDGAM and Udhyog Mahila Abhiyan of Navjeevan Group [UMANG] are the Income Generation and Upliftment activities of vulnerable women.

In the coming years Navjeevan is expanding the programs to make small scale/entrepreneurs/retail/sectors for the women empowerment.
